Micah’s Routine (Updated) and Learning Schedule

There is an existing post about Micah’s routine (HERE), written when he was about 7 months. 

So much has changed since then so I thought it would be a good idea to give our readers an update. 

However, what has not changed is that Micah is still on a 7pm - 7am routine, although sometimes he wakes up before then (between 6.30am and 7am). He still sleeps for a minimum of 11 hours every night....
